EMV Capital won the ‘Best EIS Newcomer 2018’ category at EIS Association Awards
The 14th Annual EIS Association Awards took place on Thursday 7th February 2019 at the House of Lords. The Awards ceremony brought together all the members of the EIS Association including firms, advisers, companies, individuals and journalists to announce the outstanding performances in the EIS and SEIS fields that have been achieved during 2018. .
EMV Capital was awarded the ‘Best EIS Newcomer 2018’ at EIS Association Awards for its differentiated investment strategy in the energy, mobility, smartcities and industrial high-tech space. The EISA judges commended EMV Capital in particular for its ‘innovative approach working together with industrial corporate venturing teams hopefully resulting in more speedy adoption of technological innovations and reduced time to market and return of capital to investors – makes good use of syndicating with non-tax advantaged funding.’
