Vyara started her UK professional career with one of UK’s largest mid-market professional practices. Prior to that, she held Analyst roles at multinational blue-chip organisations in Bulgaria and Germany. Once qualified, Vyara went on to specialise in setting up and managing the finance functions for a number of clients from a variety of industries. Her portfolio covered a wide range of venture capital or private equity backed start-ups (some of whom now household names), to subsidiaries of well-established multinational corporations.
At EMV, Vyara has oversight of the operational, reporting, and financial functions for several portfolio companies. 2020 saw her complete an Executive MBA at London Business School, focusing her studies on strategy & finance for early stage businesses. Vyara is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an MA (Dist) in Political Economy from University College London, completed following award of a British Chevening Scholarship.
