Following the successful merger of Martlet Capital with EMV Capital plc (the “Group”) in May 2024, we are delighted to announce that Paul Bailey will transition to a new role within the Group. Beginning in January 2025, Paul will assume the position of Venture Partner, where he will focus on key strategic projects and leverage his extensive expertise to identify and develop talent across EMV Capital plc. This includes continuing his advisory role with Martlet Capital and providing valuable guidance to EMV Capital’s portfolio companies.
In addition to his new role, Paul will continue to support tech and life sciences companies, particularly within the Cambridge ecosystem, helping innovative ventures and founders across the broad technology sector.
